Follow in the footsteps of Jane Austen in beautiful Bath, learn about the legends of King Arthur and Joseph of Arimathea in Glastonbury, where the foundations of European Christianity began and the most famous musical in the world resides, Glastonbury Festival.  Whilst then visiting the smallest Medieval city in England, ‘Wells’, where you will marvel at the finest 12th Century Cathedral, boasting some of the finest Gothic architecture in Europe, then learning about the oldest residential street in Europe at Vicars close.

You’ll visit the residency of the current Bishop of Bath & Wells at the Bishops Palace, whilst staying in the oldest hotel in the UK, at the Swan Hotel in Wells. Whilst marvelling once again in Movie nostalgia as you will walk in the foot steps of Hollywood royalty finding out about such films shot in Wells as Hot Fuzz, The Libertine, Poldark, The Spanish Princess & the Huntsman Winter War!  More here on the itineraries thanks to our work with Visit Somerset.
