This cosy secluded cottage is single-storey with elegant interior design. It has just been newly renovated to a very high standard throughout. There is a spacious living room with two comfy sofas surrounding an electric stove, while outside a private, south-facing terrace equipped with a BBQ offers the perfect place to relax and watch the rich wildlife after a day trip to the city. If you’re planning an evening in, make the most of the flat-screen TV with Netflix, DVD player and iPod dock, along with the cottage’s modern kitchen facilities. If you’re not in the mood for cooking, try one of the two excellent local pubs which both serve quality food all day.
For The Adventurer
Numerous cycle and walk routes are available on your doorstep and fly fishing can be arranged on request (but please bring a valid river licence). There’s plenty of adventure and inspiration to explore the local area, which sits at the tail end of the Cotswolds in Somerset, or if you’re more of a city-dweller Bath is only a short taxi ride away. Adventurers might love the savings at Wookey Hole adventure park and Longleat too.
