Four sympathetically restored stone farm buildings, now providing beautifully appointed contemporary accommodation. The cottages have exposed green oak beams and stone walls which hint at the original use of the buildings while guests can enjoy the 21st century pleasures of underfloor heating and sleeping in king sized beds.

Withy Mills Farm has four romantic cottages in a secluded rural location with stunning views across the Mendip Hills.  A twenty minute drive takes you to the city of Bath or Wells.  It’s a great location for a family holiday or a romantic get away.  Close to two popular wedding venues, Priston Mill and Radford Farm.

Whippletree Cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps four people, while the other properties each have one bedroom and are designed for two people sharing.  We can provide travel cots and high chairs etc for those travelling with a baby.

All the cottages have the luxury of underfloor heating provided by our ground source heat pump.  Wharfingers Cottage has a whirlpool bath.  Whippletree, Wharfingers and The Engine House also have a wood burning fire, ideal for cosy winter evenings.

Four cottages, sleeping 10 people in total

Whippletree Cottage has two bedrooms sleeping four people, the other cottages each have one bedroom and sleep two people.

Each cottage has one bathroom. The Engine House and Wharfingers Cottage have a bath. Whippletree, Engine House and Barleycorn have a shower.

Great selection of kitchen equipment in every cottage. Laundry facilities are located in the adjacent laundry room.

TV, books, games and music

Apart from Barleycorn, all the cottages have a private garden with fantastic views acorss the valley. There is wooden furniture in each garden.

Ample off road parking for vehicles.

Smoking is not allowed inside any of the properties.

Children of all ages are welcome to stay at Withy Mills Farm. Due to the open nature of the staircase in The Engine House, this cottage is not suitable for small children.

We do not allow dogs to stay at Withy Mills Farm but other pets may be welcome by arrangement.
