Valley View – Holiday Cottage at Greyfield Farm

Valley View is a Holiday Cottage with beautiful views across to the Mendip Hills.

It is tastefully furnished, fully equipped and located in peaceful rural surroundings close to Bath, Bristol & Wells.

Because the cottage is double glazed, has full oil fired central heating and a log fireplace it is cosy and ideal for winter breaks.

Valley View has a private patio area with garden furniture and a rotary washing line.

The sun room / dining room has lovely views over the valley to the Mendip Hills.

There is ample, safe parking adjacent to the cottage.

Pets are accepted by prior arrangement only.

The cottage has adjacent safe parking.

Free use of all our onsite facilities – Boules Court, Hot Tub, Sauna, Mini Gym, Barbecue Hut and Wi-Fi.

A private peaceful rural setting between Bath, Bristol & Wells

Total 3 (plus 1) plus cots

A total of 2 bedrooms. One being a King-Size bedroom and the other being a single bedroom (with pullout additional 2' 6" single bed). Note: if the pull out bed is used the room becomes wall to wall beds. Colour TV in the King-Size bedroom.

One full bathroom - with Bath & separate Shower.

The Kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and slimline dishwasher.

The Lounges is equipped with colour TV, log burning stove, DVD/VBox. Wi-Fi broadband access is available throughout the cottage.

The cottage has its own private patio area with table, chairs and parasol. There is also a shared Hot Tub, Sauna, Boules Court, Mini Gym and BBQ area on site.

All cottages are double glazed and have full central heating. All linen towels, cots and high chairs provided.

Each cottage has adjacent space for several cars.

Smoking is not permitted in the cottages or shared buildings onsite.

Children are welcome. Cots and High Chairs are available on request.

120 acres of ancient woodland within a 5 min walk off our farm. 90 acres are administered by Woodland Trust and a further 30 acres adjacent plus the Somer stream and waterfall are administered by Avon Wildlife Trust. Our guests are free to explore this area which was the Hunting Woods for the Earl of Warwick – your dog will adore it. A peaceful setting from which to explore this area of outstanding natural beauty with all its attractions such as Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge and the beautiful city of Wells.
