The Old Coach House is a welcoming holiday home on the edge of Holt and within walking distance of a well-stocked village shop, two friendly pubs serving excellent food (The Tollgate Inn and the Old Ham Tree) and The Courts Gardens (National Trust).

There are stunning walks from the doorstep to make this the perfect place for a country escape in any season. With three bedrooms to sleep up to seven people, one of them ensuite, and spacious living areas,

The Old Coach House is ideal for families and friends who want to feel relaxed and comfortable. Whilst it does not have a ground floor bedroom/bathroom, it does have a stair lift for those who prefer to not climb stairs

Sleeps up to 7. Additionally a cot is available for infants.

3 Bedrooms Master bedroom has king size 4 poster bed, ensuite shower room. built in wardrobe, desk and sitting area. Second Bedroom has king size double bed, built in wardrobe Third bedroom has 2 or 3 single beds, wardrobe and separate office area.

Large Family bathroom with walk in shower and corner bath. Master bedroom has ensuite. Ground floor toilet with hand basin.

Fully equipped Kitchen, gas hob, double electric oven, dishwasher, coffer machine(pods supplied), Microwave, food processor.

Large cosy sitting room with seating for up to 8 guests. Smart TV with Netflix.

Secluded Court Yard Garden. Garden furniture and BBQ supplied

WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are all provided. There is an electric chair lift between the ground floor and the first floor.

Parking on Drive way for up to 3 cars. Additionally cars can be parked inside the gates in the garden.
