The perfect stay for garden and nature lovers. Surrounded yourself with the beauty and tranquillity of the Iford Valley and the Grade 1 listed Iford Manor Gardens.

Iford was described by Conde Nast Traveller (2021) as one of the Top 20 beautiful villages in the UK and Ireland. Also featured in the Tatler 2021 Travel Guide.

This newly renovated three bedroom (all en suite) Grade II listed cottage, originally part of the mediaeval stables at Iford, promises a beautiful retreat within the Cotswolds AONB, with plenty to do nearby.

With Hypnos mattresses, Egyptian cotton linen and the quiet of the valley, a good night’s sleep is assured.

Enjoy access to the world-famous Iford Manor Gardens each day from when you wake until 4pm, as well as a private, small, south-facing garden of your own.

With three miles of footpaths through the Iford Manor Estate you can easily walk to Westwood Manor (National Trust), Farleigh Castle (English Heritage), the stunning villages of Avoncliff and Freshford, or even walk as far as Bradford-on-Avon.

Alternatively, by car the centre of Bath is just 15-20 minutes away (or one stop by train from Freshford), as well as being perfectly placed to explore the Southern Cotswolds, Somerset and Wiltshire (including Stonehenge, just 45 minutes away).

From Bath, follow A36 South towards Warminster for 5 miles, and turn left, signposted to Iford. Iford is 2 miles South-West of Bradford on Avon, via the village of Westwood. Approached via steep, narrow lanes (6' 6" width restrictions), you'll know you've arrived at this romantic, secret place when you see Britannia standing guard atop the mediaeval stone bridge. Our visitor car park is in the old orchard next to the bridge.

Sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, all ensuite.

All rooms have a Hypnos mattress, Egyptian cotton and peace & quiet ensure a good night's sleep. Bedroom 1 - Super King bed, desk, wardrobe, en suite bathroom; Bedroom 2 - King size bed, wardrobe, shower in room and en suite WC; and Bedroom 3 - Super King bed, desk, wardrobe, en suite bathroom.
