3 Herschel Place has been designed and furnished to be a luxurious “home from home” in the heart of Bath.

Luxury accommodation home from home, superb location

The apartment is within easy walking distance of all Bath’s famous sights and shops, so you can leave your car parked in the private space outside.

Built in 2008 to continue the original Georgian Terrace, Number 3 Herschel Place combines the elegance of Georgian style on the outside with the benefits of modern building techniques inside.

Home comforts

A small gated patio area and your own front door lead to warmth and comfort, new furniture and modern appliances, streamlined new bathrooms and a well equipped, modern fitted kitchen – the ideal base for enjoying the pleasures of our beautiful city! The same luxurious comfort as our other apartment, 4 St George’s House.

Less than 10 minutes level stroll past Georgian terraces and Henrietta Park to Pulteney Bridge and the heart of the city.

2 peaceful bedrooms with luxurious beds and crisp cotton bed linens. Both can be doubles or twins. Main bedroom: 6ft (180cm) bed Second bedroom: 5ft (152cm) bed

Contemporary fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine.

Smart TV in living room (Freesat) and additional TVs in both bedrooms. DVD player, 2 iPod docks with DAB radio (living room and main bedroom). Free wi-fi throughout.

Small gated patio area with bistro table and chairs in warm weather.

Breakfast for your first morning included. Also included: all linens and towels (White Company), cleaning, parking and wi-fi. Special discount for our guests visiting Thermae Spa: 1 extra hour free in the Spa from Monday to Friday inclusive. Private horse and carriage rides and other activities can be arranged. Private off-road parking included for 1 car by the apartment. Private parking available nearby for 2nd car at a small extra charge.

From: £180 per night weekdays and £210 per night weekends. £1,107 per week. 4th May - 27th October 2018; 22nd November - 31st December 2018. 5th April - 27th October 2019, 22nd November - 8th December 2019.

From: £150 per night. Friday and Saturdays charged at weekend rate. Sundays on Bank Holiday weekends charged at weekend rate. Low season discount: stay Friday and Saturday nights and add Sunday for £100.

Prices include: our prices are for the entire apartment (not per person) and include private parking for 1 car, breakfast for the first morning, all linens and end of stay cleaning, cot and highchair if needed. If you are staying for 14 nights or more, a 2 hour clean and linen change is included weekly.

Accidental Damage Waiver: a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £10 is payable per booking, for any length of stay. This fee insures you against accidental damage to the apartment.

2 Night minimum stay.

Booking: book easily online through our secure site. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is then due 4 weeks before arrival.

Payment: we accept all credit cards, except American Express. We are also happy to accept payment in Euros – please contact us for details.

Low Season Sunday Night Discount: stay Friday and Saturday nights and add Sunday night for just £100.
