Ford Farm Barns comprises three properties. The Farmhouse is the largest and sleeps 13 people in six bedrooms. Across the courtyard is the Coach House, sleeping an additional 8 people in four bedrooms. The third property is the Hayloft sleeping 6 in three bedrooms. In total both properties sleep 27 in thirteen bedrooms, or 29 people if you include our optional toddler floor beds. Tweleve of the bedrooms can be setup as either superking or twin. We are family friendly and can provide cots, highchairs and stair gates on request.
The Farmhouse is a spacious Grade II listed building that has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard and features plenty of space to entertain everyone. Prepare meals in the well-equipped country-style kitchen, entertain in the Garden Room which comfortably seats 32 people, or enjoy a lazy afternoon on the patio with a BBQ and dip in the heated swimming pool (May-Sep).
The Coach House is a modern barn conversion and includes a spacious open plan kitchen and living area leading onto a private patio and garden. With views across the Wiltshire countryside it’s a calming space to retreat to if the frivolity in the Farmhouse gets too much. In addition, the Coach House is single storey and step free so ideal for individuals who wish to avoid stairs.
The Hayloft is also a modern barn conversion with open plan kitchen and living area leading onto a private patio and garden. There is an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor and a further two bedrooms upstairs which share a family bathroom.
The historic town of Bradford-on-Avon is very close and has a good variety of restaurants and pubs. Bath is only 8 miles away and can be visited easily either by car or train.

13 bedrooms, 12 of which can be configured as either super king or twin. The other bedroom sleeps 3 people (double bed with single bunk above). Toddler floor beds (2 available) can be provided in addition to cots (3 available).
The Farmhouse has 2 ensuite bathrooms, 2 family bathrooms and 2 downstairs toilets. The Coach House has 2 ensuite bathrooms, 1 family bathroom and 1 additional toilet. The Hayloft has a shower room downstairs and a family bathroom upstairs.
The Farmhouse has a spacious fully equipped kitchen including Aga, electric oven, induction hobs, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers and commercial ice machine. The Coach House & Hayloft both have well appointed kitchens with range cooker, American-style fridge freezer and dishwasher.
There is a smart TV in all properties with Freeview channels and complimentary access to Netflix. Bluetooth speakers are provided in both kitchens and lounges, plus in the Farmhouse Games room and Garden room. There is also a projector and large screen in the Garden room for guests to connect their laptops to.
Ample free parking on-site. EV charging available (chargeable facility provided by VoltShare).

Our minimum stay ranges from 2 to 7 nights, depending on season. A deposit of 25% is taken at booking, with the balance payable 42 days prior to arrival.
