Church Farm Country Cottages comprises seven properties. Burys, Hayleaze and Rickbarton all sleep 2 people in one bedroom. Stapeley, Vellum Stone, Moncrate and Lime Kiln all sleep up to 4 people in two bedrooms. All properties are located within the same walled garden. We are well located, being 2 miles from Bradford on Avon and 5 miles from Bath

Each of the seven properties here at Church Farm Country Cottages have their own uniqueness:

Burys – a cosy and romantic cottage for 2, with a king-size bed

Hayleaze – sleeps 2 people.

Rickbarton – sleeps 2 people. The bedroom has enough space for a cot if required

Stapeley – sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second room has twin beds.

Vellum Stone – sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has adult-size bunk beds

Moncrate – sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds

Lime Kiln – sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds

The Indoor Heated Swimming Pool and Games Room is located in the far corner of where the cottages are – endless fun for all the family! Shared with Campwell Farm.

2 Voltshare EV charging points are available exclusively for guests.

Countryside location 5 miles from Bath on the edge of the village of Winsley

Burys, Hayleaze and Rickbarton sleep 2 people Stapeley, Vellum Stone, Moncrate and Lime Kiln sleep 4 people

All bedrooms are made up with fresh, white linen and towels for your arrival. Hairdryers provided Cots can be provided free of charge

Vellum Stone, Rickbarton, Hayleaze and Burys all have a bath with a shower over the bath. Moncrate has a shower with a small step in to it. Stapeley has a newly fitted walk-in shower Lime Kiln is a wet-room, making it suitable for wheel-chair users.

The kitchens are well-equipped with everything you should need to prepare a delicious meal during your stay.

The Indoor Heated Swimming Pool and Games Room (both onsite) is the main source of entertainment.

All the cottages look out on to a shared patio/garden area. There is a row of 5 cottages, facing a row of 2 cottages. There is garden furniture outside all seven properties.

There is enough parking for up to 10 cars

No smoking permitted in or outside the cottages

Yes are welcome

Pets are welcome here at Church Farm. There is an additional charge, and we request no more than 2 per property.
