Charlotte’s Townhouse was completely renovated to an exceptional standard in 2020 whilst retaining its original features and Georgian splendour.
LIVING AREA:
Truly exquisite dining and living rooms are on the ground floor. The spacious living room with its 50” smart tv and a plush corner sofa provides a delightful space for entertaining or a comfortable retreat. Through the wedding doors is a magnificent Georgian dining room that sits 16 guests. Only a stair flight up there is a beautiful bathroom.
A large, fully equipped kitchen with a Rangemaster cooker on the lower floor is ideal for making a fine feast or a simple breakfast. Next to the kitchen is a private courtyard with seating.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
There is one golden bedroom with an en-suite shower room on the lower ground floor. On the first floor, there are two beautiful bedrooms connecting to a large bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom which is pure indulgence with its free-standing bath and walk-in shower.
All our beds have pocket sprung mattresses and crisp cotton bed linen and based on your preferences, we can set up single or super-king beds.
The entire house is yours for the duration of your stay. The price is adjusted depending on guest numbers, making Charlotte’s Townhouse a truly superb value.
