Bath View Four

Two luxury apartments situated in the residential, conservation area of Oldfield Park, just 10 minutes walk from Bath city centre. Bath View Two sleeps 2 people . Bath View Four sleeps 5 people. Both apartments are decorated in a modern style with high quality fixtures and fittings. Both are equipped in full for a self catering break. There are amazing views over the whole of Bath from Bath View Four. Parking and WIFI are free.

This apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious lounge with lots of seating and amazing views over the city of Bath. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dining table seating 6.

Local Bars, restaurants, shops are just 5 minutes walk away.  Bath’s many interesting tourist sites such as The Roman Baths and Thermae Bath Spa  are within a 10-15 minute walk.  Bath Spa Train Station and Coach station are just 10 minutes walk.

A 2 bedroom apartment in conservation area of Bath. Situated on 2nd floor of large Victoria Villa.

On king size bedroom with great views over Bath. Large wardrobe and good lighting. Second bedroom has 3 single beds, large wardrobe and dressing table. Both carpeted with electric controllable heating panel. Duvets and high quality linen supplied.

One bathroom with family sized bath with shower over. Heated towel rail. Second shower room which also houses a washing machine. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating and our tiled with stylish, modern tiles. Towels are provided.

A large fully fitted kitchen is equipped for self catering. There is a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, 4 ring induction hob, large fridge freezer. The large glass table seats 6 people.

The spacious lounge has a widescreen TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs. A Bose docking station. There is plenty of seating, modern lighting and great views over the city of Bath.

There is no outside area.

This apartment is accessed by an internal steep staircase on to a central landing. There is an additional Bath Stone stairway leading up to the front door. There is no lift. Check in times: 16.00 hrs Check out times: 12 Noon Door codes are provided there are no keys to collect. The owners live on site and are available for assistance.

There is free parking in the private driveway for one car. Additional parking permits can be purchased at £5/day for parking on the residential street. This is required from 8am to 6pm Monday -Saturday. Advance notice of permits is required.

No smoking on site

Children are welcome. However please note that for young toddlers the apartment may not suitable. The apartment is carpeted in cream carpets, there are several items of furniture that are made of glass. The steep internal staircase has no barrier across.

The Thermae Bath Spa is open daily and offers the only opportunity in England to bathe in thermal waters. Also on offer are 100s of shops, bars, restaurants, pubs, theatres, Casino and nightclubs. There is local rugby, horse racing to watch and river & canal trips.

Bath is the gateway to the Cotswolds and many interesting and beautiful areas can be visited from Bath – including Stonehenge, Longleat, Bristol, South Wales, Glastonbury, Wells, Bradford on Avon, Salisbury and so much more!
