This beautifully renovated Georgian Townhouse is located in the city centre of Bath. It sleeps up to 14 people in 6 spacious bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms a spacious lounge and separate kitchen with seating for 14 people around the large kitchen table. It is fully equipped for a self catering holiday break. We offer 2 night weekend stays, mid-week breaks, available to single sex groups, family parties, and corporate bookings. We are flexible with arrival and departure days. From this property you can walk everywhere in Bath. Bath Townhouse 14 is located right in the centre of Bath. Minutes from the train and coach station, the shops, bar, restaurants and all Bath’s famous sites – including the Thermae Bath Spa.
This beautiful Georgian townhouse has been lovingly restored to an extremely high standard with modern fixtures and fittings yet, at the same time maintaining many of the original Georgian features; original shutters, sash windows, fireplaces, wooden beams and flooring.

Bath Townhouse 14 is light and spacious and offers the perfect space for large groups. There is an expansive lounge with colourful, modular sofa , a 50 inch wall mounted TV, MP3 Player and DVD player. The lounge opens on to a hand made fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A kitchen table seats 14 people.

The 6 bedrooms comprise of 4 x twin rooms and 2 x triple rooms. The singles in 4 rooms can be joined to form Super King size beds. The 3 walk-in wet rooms have under floor heating, and the bathroom has a stunning copper bath, big enough for two!

Linen and towels are provided. Wifi is free. No parking on site – but there are 2 public car parks within a 2 minute walk.

Bath Townhouse 14 can sleep 14 people comfortably in 6 spacious bedrooms.

The 6 bedrooms comprise of 4 x twin rooms and 2 x triple rooms. The singles in 4 rooms can be joined to form Super King size beds. The bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Townhouse. The top floor is reached by a steep staircase. There is top quality duvets and linen. Towels are provided. All bedrooms are spacious and centrally heated.

There is a walk in wet room on the first floor half landing. The second floor has a walk in wet room. The 3rd floor has a walk in wet room plus a family bathroom with large copper bath tub! All wet rooms have underfloor heating and heated towel rails. All bathrooms fittings are of a high standard.

There is a large fitted kitchen that is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a large American style fridge/freezer and ice maker, microwave, large range cooker with double ovens, grill and 6 ring induction hob, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A kitchen table seats 14 people. The room is spacious and light with large Georgian windows with the original shutters.

There is an expansive lounge with colourful, modular sofa ,  a 50 inch wall mounted TV, MP3 Player and DVD player. Two additional TVs can be found in two of the bedrooms.

There is a small outside area for smokers.

This property has been renovated to a very high standard. It is right in the heart of Bath. You can walk to all the local sites of interest, bars, shops and restaurants. Door code is given for easy access, no keys to collect. Check in times: 16.00 hrs Check out times: 10.30am (Sundays 12 noon)

There is no parking onsite. Public car parking is within a 2 minute walk of the property

The Thermae Bath Spa is open daily and offers the only opportunity in England to bathe in thermal waters. Also on offer are 100s of shops, bars, restaurants, pubs, theatres, Casino and nightclubs. There is local rugby, horse racing to watch and river & canal trips.

Bath is the gateway to the Cotswolds and many interesting and beautiful areas can be visited from Bath – including Stonehenge, Longleat, Bristol, South Wales, Glastonbury, Wells, Bradford on Avon, Salisbury and so much more!
