Accommodation in one large apartment sleeping 8- 10.
Well equipped and comfortably furnished the ideal base for exploring Bath, the Cotswolds and surrounding area or just relaxing with a g & t on the balcony watching the sunset. Celebrate that special Birthday, Anniversary at Avondale with a private dinner party & your own Chef.
Pets are very welcome with a few doggie rules, the garden is secure. We supply safety gates for toddlers and furry visitors.
There is a wide screen TV in the lounge with dvd player & library, there is also a music system with ipod dock.
Parking is in a secure forecourt with an automated gate system.

1 bedroom with queen sized bed en suite, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds en suite, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with twin beds also two z beds with mattress toppers available for weekend parties.
1 large bathroom with whirlpool bath & shower, 2 ensuite shower rooms. One en suite in the Master/Queen bedded room, second en suite in the twin bedded room.

Linen,towels, Wi fi heat and electric are all included. Although we welcome all guests the apartments are not really suitable for disabled visitors with all bathrooms on 1st floor level and the garden down several fights of steps. For families with small children, the River is easily accessible from the garden. Catering and other facilities are available on request.
