Just twenty minutes drive from the City of Bath, Barleycorn is a beautifully converted old milking parlour suitable for two people sharing. Barleycorn is an excellent location for a romantic holiday within easy reach of Bath, Bristol or Wells.  Withy MillsFarm is a set in a stunning rural setting and combines the peacefulness of the countryside with the closeness of three wonderful cities to explore.

The open plan kitchen/living room has a fitted kitchen, oak dining table, settees and TV.  It also has a large walk in shower room and in the bedroom a king sized bed with 100% cotton bed linen.  You can also enjoy the luxury of underfloor heating throughout the cottage.

Prices are inclusive of electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, cotton bed linen, large and small white towels. There is parking outside your door for up to two vehicles.

Start your holiday with a home made cream tea on arrival, then plan the activities for your stay.  There are numerous footpaths leading from the cottage. A useful guide book in Barleycorn suggests many of the best local walks.

Withy Mills Farm is a working dairy farm, but the main business of the farm is carried out at another location. This means you will not be disturbed by any tractors early in the morning.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept dogs at Withy Mills Farm.

Withy Mills Farm is approximately 1 mile from the vibrant village of Timsbury with several useful local shops, pub, cafe and fish & chip shop. Just 20 minutes from Bath or Wells.

There is no garden with this property. 24 hour access to laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and large overflow fridge/freezer.

Barleycorn has underfloor heating throughout.

Off road parking outside your door

No smoking or candles allowed inside the building.

Babies and young children are welcome, we can provide a travel cot and high chair for guest use.

Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs to stay in the property.
