The first bedroom is a large, bright double bedroom with king size bed (or twin beds on request) with a contemporary en-suite bathroom. The open fireplace and large sash windows are elegant original features and south-facing views take in the length of Ralph Allen Drive and Widcombe Hill. At the rear of the property, the second bedroom is a well-proportioned double bedroom, featuring a comfy double bed, original fireplace and built in wardrobe.

The homely lounge is flooded with light from the large, original south-facing 16-pane sash window. The room hosts an extendable dining table and chairs, designer sofa (which can convert to a sofa bed) and a feature armchair. Brimming with technology, the lounge is equipped with satellite TV, blu-ray player, Nintendo Wii and wall-mounted 40” Samsung LCD TV.

A well-equipped and cleverly designed galley kitchen features high-end integrated appliances to meet your every need, including a built-in double oven and sleek induction hob, full suite of cooking facilities and an integrated NEFF fridge with ice-box.
