Vellum Stone Cottage has everything you should need for the ideal family getaway. The popular indoor pool is a hit with our guests. The Kennet and Avon Canal Close by (3/4 of a mile), perfect for walking and cycling. Farm Shop and country pub(s) within walking distance. The cottage features a country feel with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, with soft furnishings to compliment. Enjoy admiring the sheep in the fields surrounding the farm.
Vellum Stone Cottage
Vellum Stone is a well-equipped, two-bedroom cottage featuring an open-plan kitchen and living area. It includes one double bedroom and a second room with adult-size bunk beds, plus a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The stable door opens onto a shared garden, where you’ll have your own patio area with garden furniture and a sun parasol.
Guests enjoy free private bookable sessions in the indoor heated pool, located just across the courtyard, as well as indoor table tennis and table football. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all provided.
Set on a working sheep farm, there are walks from your doorstep, with a farm shop and village pub less than a mile away. Bath is 5 miles, Bradford on Avon 2 miles and Longleat 12 miles.
Vellum Stone is one of seven single-storey cottages at Church Farm Country Cottages—perfect for couples, families or groups wanting to stay close together. Two Voltshare EV charging points are available for guests.
