The apartment is large and spacious but with a cosy feel. It has two adult bedrooms, plus a quirky additional space containing a child’s upper level 3’ bunk bed accessed by steps. Children will love it! This bed can of course be used by an adult instead! There is a large sitting room with a separate wonderful, light and airy dining room. A Kitchen and 2 Bathrooms. To top it off is the amazing serene and tranquil walled garden – all to yourself. It also has no step access as there is a private rear entrance at street level

Being at garden level, the bedrooms are very quiet but benefit from the tall windows which offer plenty of light. Bedroom one has a king-sized bed, whilst bedroom two has a pair of twin 3ft ‘zip-and-link’ beds, which can be converted to a 6ft super king upon request when booking. There is a 55 inch 952 OLED 4K TV in the sitting room, with Netflix,  and a 40inch TV in bedroom 2. Visit our Gallery to see the rooms and gardens.

Both sublimely comfortable! There is also a mezzinine room with an upper bunk bed which has a 3' sprung mattress. This bed is suitable for adults and children who you are happy having in an upper bunk bed.

This bed is suitable for adults and children who you are happy having in an upper bunk bed. All beds are made up with luxurious White Company egyptian cotton bedding.

One bathroom has a bath, whilst the other has a shower. We supply a full range of luxurious white, fluffy cotton towels, and White Company bath and shower products.

The kitchen has a four burner gas hob and electric oven. There is also a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen cupboards are stocked with six place settings of crockery, a full range of glassware all you need to prepare and cook full meals if required. There is a separate freezer in the dining room We supply tea, coffee, sugar fresh milk in the fridge, and Joan's homemade flapjacks/cookies on arrival There is a washer and tumble dryer. Ironing board and steam iron, hairdryer, and fans for the bedrooms.

There is free wi fi, and Netflix on the main 55 inch TV in the sitting room. Additional TV in Bedroom 2 Wonderful lit garden for both day and night time entertaining Full range of board games.

Outside is a beautiful walled quiet and tranquil private garden with outside dining area and lovey places to sit and catch the sunshine at all times of the day. You have your own private, step free entrance to the apartment via the rear of the property.

There is an original Georgian fireplace with a working log effect gas fire in the sitting room.

NB. THERE ARE NO PARKING SPACES WITH THIS APARTMENT. However, there is meter parking for up to 3 hours on the street outside, via MiPermit Tel: (+44 (0)345 520 7007) , and free parking from 7pm-8am daily. Parking is free all day Sunday and on Public Holidays. There is also 2 hr free parking in the surrounding streets. There's a website called Parkopedia that lists every parking space in Bath. The nearest long term car parks are at Avon Street, and Charlotte Street both are within a 10-20 minutes walking distance of the apartment. We also encourage you to come by train and leave the car at home, as you won't need it whilst in Bath as our apartment is in the heart of the City!

This is strictly a NON SMOKING property, both inside or out.

Children are most welcome. However, it is not a 'child proof' apartment, so we urge you to be mindful of the hard natural floor surfaces, sharp edges to furniture, and electricity cables from floor lamps etc.
