The Soul Spa - £5 reduction on a Sound Bath

At the Soul Spa you can discover the authentic peace of mental relaxation. Spend an hour with us and you will feel restored in mind and body, and the wonderful thing is all you need to do is get comfortable and open your mind to absorb the words and sounds around you.

Our minds can constantly be on the go, as if a chattering monkey resides in our head. Let go of your thoughts for a moment and allow the sound to re-align you. The vibration of the singing bowls will guide your body into a meditative, restorative and healing state. This is a lying down meditation for complete relaxation.

During your hour you will lie in our dedicated meditation space, the Zen Den, and be taken through a guided relaxation, using your breath and thoughts to release all the tension from your body. As your body relaxes so does your mind, and as your mind relaxes it begins to release the healing hormones serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin.

In this wonderful state of relaxation you will be taken through a guided meditation to release any anxieties so you can allow yourself to feel calmer, more self-assured and happier, and just when you think it can’t possibly get any better, you will be bathed in the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls.

Within the vibrations of the sounds, time will disappear, and you may encounter waves of peace, heightened awareness, emotional healing, insights into your inner world, creative thoughts…or maybe even just the most restful sleep you have ever experienced!
