Pilgrims and visitors have been made welcome at Bath Abbey for hundreds of years. As one of the most visited places in the South West, we welcome over 350,000 people through our doors each year, but are fully aware that every visitor comes with their own expectations, beliefs and purpose.

Tower Tours offer the chance to go behind the scenes and look at the Abbey from a very different perspective.

Mon: 9.30am to 6.00pm

Tue: to Sat 9.00am to 6.00pm

Sun: 1.00 to 2.30pm & 4.30 to 5.30pm

Bath Abbey is a working church it is sometimes necessary to restrict access to parts of the building or to close at short notice. Look here to find out when the Abbey is closed.

Entrance to the Abbey: To enable us keep admission free for those who need it, please make a donation of £2.50 if you are able.
