Perfectly situated in the heart of historic Bath, within 5 minutes walk of Thermae Bath Spa, The Roman Baths and Bath Abbey, the apartments are also an easy walk from the railway and bus stations.

There are many fine restaurants locally, as well as Southgate Shoppng Centre just 2 minutes walk away. The apartments have far-reaching views, overlooking St John’s Church towards Bath Rugby Ground and National Trust meadows on the hills beyond.

On the 2nd and 3rd floors of an historic building – No.1 Manvers Street – our apartments are fully modernised with BOSCH designed kitchens and under-floor heating in all bathrooms.

We can arrange the two double bedrooms with either twin singles or one superking double bed in each. The flats can  are ideally suited for 4 guests per apartment or 8 together. However, there are 2 occasional beds available for use in the reception rooms and one cot with linen for babies in each apartment so together they can accommodate up to 12 guests.

A parking permit, fresh flowers, milk and cake for your arrival are all complimentary, as well as bathroom toiletries by Arran Aromatics.

Bedrooms

2 double/twin bedrooms (with occasional beds in lounge). Beds are super-king size double or twin single beds. There is satellite TV in both bedrooms.

Bathrooms

2 - one en suite in the master bedroom, plus a shower room adjacent to the second bedroom.

Kitchen

Fridge/freezer, double oven/grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, built-in espresso machine all made in Germany by Bosch. All stainless steel cutlery, cooking utensils, china, table linen and cookware.

Entertainment

Each bedroom and the living room contain wall-mounted flat screen smart TVs with Netflix and satellite connections (200 channels). A CD/DVD player is available upon request. All UK radio stations & local TV. WiFi in all rooms.

Outside

The views are spectacular and no buildings overlook the apartments.

General Points

All bed linen and towels are supplied, plus toiletries, dry stores (coffee, tea etc.) and cleaning/washing products. Under floor heating/heated towel rails/power showers in bathrooms and portable air-conditioning units in bedrooms. Fully-fitted kitchen with all modern BOSCH appliances. Reception rooms are large with Netflix and Wi Fi.

Parking Arrangements

Parking permits with each flat. Municipal car park almost opposite on ground level for extra cars.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the building.

Children

Children welcome. travel cot, linen/bedding and high chair supplied as well as children's cutlery and mugs/plates/bowls.

Pets

Pets not allowed with regret.

Points of Interest

No.1 Manvers Street is perfectly situated to take advantage of all Bath's major tourist attractions: Bath Abbey, The Roman Baths, The Assembly Rooms, The Thermae Spa and many unique shops and restaurants nearby as well as the extensive Southgate Shopping Centre.
The City Sights tour bus and shuttle to the American Museum are just round the corner and it is a short level walk to the railway and coach station.
There are excellent sports facilities just across the North Parade bridge, including a swimming pool, as well as the famous Bath rugby grounds and cricket pitch.
Just beyond the city limits are charming villages, iconic landmarks and historic houses just waiting to be discovered. Longleat, Lacock Abbey, Wells and many other historic places near Bath, as well as the interesting and enjoyable bicycle routes along the The Kennet & Avon Canal and the excitingTwo Tunnels Route (dis-used railway track from central Bath to Radstock).

Low Season

£200 per night, assuming no more than four guests, January and February only.

Mid Season

£250 per night, assuming no more than four guests.

High Season

£275 per night, assuming no more than four guests.
