Four star Gold rated by Visit Britain, this is a substantial, detached, Georgian style house in the suburbs of the ancient and famous Roman City of Bath in the South West of England. Built new for John and Jane in 2000, Mulsanne House is the jewel in the crown of a private courtyard of properties, with views to the glorious English countryside at the rear and 2 large patios for winter or summer entertaining. Heated outdoor ‘grotto’ and outdoor living area with barbeque, fridge etc giving a ‘Mediterranean’ feel.

Four double bedrooms – one double bedded room, two ensuite double rooms with the option of single or double beds (zip and link) and another double room with the option of single or King size double beds. We can make up the rooms to suit your requirements.

The property is highly insulated, so it’s warm in winter and cool in summer. It is finished to a very high standard throughout and quite private. The lounge is decorated in Georgian style with LED back lit HD 40″ TV, WiFi and gas coal effect fire. There is a superb French country style kitchen and dining area as well as a study, utility room, downstairs cloakroom and separate formal dining room.

Plenty of secure parking for up to 5 cars right outside and a bus stop on the road outside to get you into Bath in a few minutes.

Go to this webpage to see a floor plan of the property: http://stay-in-bath.co.uk/images/FloorPlanMH.jpg

There is a very pleasant towpath along the nearby canal which can take you into Bath or out into the beautiful countryside, or from April until October, you can catch the boat to and from Bath on the nearby river Avon.

In the same courtyard is the 1 bed luxury ‘Saltings’ cottage for singles or a couple, a 2 bed cottage – the Old Workshop and the 2 bed Coach House. They may all be rented weekly or for short breaks, from two nights. See the other listings on this site or the website, www.stay-in-bath.co.uk. Groups of up to 18 people can be accommodated in the 4 courtyard properties.
