Centrally located on a cobbled side street between the Abbey and Abbey Green, Abbey View is a Four Star Gold Award one bedroomed first-floor apartment with bags of character. High ceilings and enormous shuttered windows fill the apartment with light throughout the day, while the generous and comfortable furnishings ensure that quiet nights in are as cosy and relaxing as can be. Start the day on a high note and sing along to the integrated radio in the modern wetroom-style shower, before you head out to explore the city. You will find the full sweep of history on your doorstep, from the Roman Baths to the Georgian splendour of Pulteney Bridge.

Location

Located in central Bath on a cobbled side street adjacent to the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey.

One superking double/twin bedroom located at the back of the apartment which is very quiet.

Bathrooms

One wetroom-style shower room with rain and hand held shower heads and integrated radio.

Kitchen

Washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combined oven and microwave, hob and dining room table to seat four.

Entertainment

Smart flat screen freeview TVs in lounge and bedroom, ipod dock and radio, radio in the shower and free wifi throughout.

Outside

We have no outside space due to our location in the centre of Bath

General Points

Everything is included in your stay – linen and towels, a living flame gas fire, central heating, wifi and some basic provisions and cleaning supplies. All you need to bring are personal items and food and drink. Your central location means you could eat out for every meal, so even the food and drink is optional!

Parking Arrangements

We have no parking but there are public car parks available within a 5 minutes’ walk. Please speak directly to us about options for unloading and parking your car without charge.

Children

All children are welcome. We can provide a travel cot and linen, towels and a high chair for children under 2 without charge.

Pets

We regret that no pets or assistance dogs are permitted.

 

Local Information

Train Station

Bath Spa station is 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment, as is the bus station.

Airports

Bristol Airport is about 20 miles away which takes 40 minute to drive by car but is also linked to Bath by bus and train.

Food Stores

Marks and Spencers food hall is a brief 2 minutes’ stroll away.

Local Pub / Restaurant

We are surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and pubs, all within a 2 - 10 minute walk.

Points of Interest

You will find the full sweep of history on your doorstep, from the Roman Baths and the Abbey to the Georgian splendour of Pulteney Bridge and the Royal Crescent. In addition boutique shops, good food and glorious parks are all within a short stroll. Both universities are less than a 10 minutes’ taxi ride away and many beautiful local towns are accessible via train and bus.

 
 

Weekly Rates

Low Season

£140 per night for up to 2 guests. Additional guests, up to a max of 4, are £60 per night for adults and £30 for 12 year olds and under. Infants under 2 are without charge.

Mid Season

£160 per night for up to 2 guests. Additional guests, up to a max of 4, are £60 per night for adults and £30 for 12 year olds and under. Infants under 2 are without charge.

High Season

£180 per night for up to 2 guests. Additional guests, up to a max of 4, are £60 per night for adults and £30 for 12 year olds and under. Infants under 2 are without charge.

Short Breaks

Minimum stay is 2 nights. We ask for 3 night stays over Bank Holiday weekends. For long stays please contact us to discuss any discounts available.

General Rental Information

Welcome pack containing tips on what to do, where to eat and nearby places of interest is provided. We will check you in personally. Your stay may commence on any day of the week. We accept debit cards and Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Check in is from 1pm but if you wish to arrive earlier we will try to accommodate this. Check out is by 10am, but if you would like to lodge luggage with us we have this facility available – please ask. Availability can be checked and bookings made instantly through our online booking system accessible via our website www.threeabbeygreen.com
