Confirmation: We require 50% of the total balance as a confirmation deposit. The balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival, no reminders will be sent. Please note that we will charge 1.5% for any payment made by credit card. Debit card, cheque or cash do not incur any additional charge. We do not accept American Express cards
Cancellation: We need 14 days written notice of any cancellation. If shorter or no notice is given we will charge your credit card in full. If however, the apartment is relet to another customer we will charge for the shortfall only. Every reasonable effort is made to re-let the apartment in the event of a short notice cancellation.
Check in/out times: The apartment is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 10.30 on the day of departure.
The apartment is not cleaned during your stay. Should you wish for any extra services, cleaning, etc then please ask us in advance of your stay. Extra cleaning, change of linen etc is available at extra charge
