HOLLY COTTAGE

General Description of Property
At the edge of Wellow, an unspoilt conservation village off main roads, in the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The two properties are on a side road with panoramic views to the south, over woodland and rolling hills. In a setting of perfect tranquillity, they are on opposite sides of a 3/4 acre garden, full of flowers, fruit trees and organic veggies, facing a burbling stream and mediaeval packhorse bridge. Each has its own independent garden space.

Holly Cottage is ideal for four, or a family of up to six (with the sofabed), or extreme comfort for two. It has been tastefully renovated to retain its original features - fireplaces and natural wood doors. It is comfortably furnished as a home, yet has a modern, well equipped kitchen. Everybody loves the sunny conservatory and the secluded garden patio.
