This lovely cottage accommodates three/four persons. It has beautiful views across to the Mendip Hills and is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. It has full oil fired central heating and is double glazed, making it cosy and ideal for winter breaks.
There is a private patio with garden furniture and a sun room / dining room with fine views over the valley to the Mendip Hills. There is ample, safe parking adjacent to the cottage. Pets are accepted by prior arrangement only.
The cottage has a wood-burning stove and enjoys its own garden/patio with adjacent safe parking. Free facilities include a Boules Court, HotTub, Sauna, Fitness Center and Barbecue Hut, plus Video/DVD library.

Points of interest close to the property:
120 acres of ancient woodland within a 5 min walk off our farm. 90 acres are administered by Woodland Trust and a further 30 acres adjacent plus the Somer stream and waterfall are administered by Avon Wildlife Trust. Our guests are free to explore this area which was the Hunting Woods for the Earl of Warwick - your dog will adore it. A peaceful setting from which to explore this area of outstanding natural beauty with all its attractions such as Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge and the beautiful city of Wells.
