There is a park at the rear of the property
Leisure Centre with its childrens' pool and soft play area is within 5 minutes walk.
The Kennet and Avon Canal is a few hundred yards from the building and gives the opportunity for a leisurely stroll along its towpath with good food being available at the canalside pubs.
There is also a very good childrens play area in a park less than a mile away.
