The cottage has many original features including original stone fireplace, original wood beam, etc. The letting period is normally Friday to Friday (but flexible in this respect). Short breaks available during the week/weekends throughout the year.
Letting Terms & Conditions (Rules and Payment etc):
Deposit required is one third of rental fee with balance of payment due six weeks prior to commencement of holiday. Any cancellations must be made in writing. A refund will only be made if a re-letting is possible for the period of the booking, less an administration charge. Cancellation insurance is therefore recommended.
