Deposit

We ask for a 25% deposit to secure a booking. Bookings taken within 6 weeks of the commencement of your holiday require payment in full.

Payment

Full payment is required 6 weeks before commencement of your holiday. In the event of non-payment we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and no refund will be given.

Responsibilities of the holidaymaker

The number of persons using the property is not to exceed the maximum number stated, otherwise the owner will have the right to terminate the holiday, and no refund will be given. Holidaymakers are responsible for leaving the property clean and tidy, and for any damages, breakages or loss. Where holidaymakers abuse the property, the owner reserves the right to terminate the holiday and no refund will be due. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that children are adequately supervised at all times and remain within the designated areas around the property.
